"Shhhh, blossom, I won't hurt you~" Y/N is MK's older sibling. They're was used to being on the sidelines, not being the whole 'running into the fray' type like their brother. They were like this even before MK became the Monkey King's successor. Y/N is forced into their brother's new life though when they are discovered to be something called 'The Lotus Maiden', a mortal whose blood bore tremendous power to demons. Now Y/N has to find a way to cope with being tossed into the battles as well, and figure out how to protect themselves from forces who wish to only use their inborn power maliciously. It also doesn't help that now demons are either racing to either devour them whole or to claim them as their prize. This is "The Lotus Maiden" story but Y/N is gender neutral. Comments and suggestions are welcome, so don't be afraid to speak your mind about the chapters, just please be respectful to others and their opinions and comments and nothing mean or suggestive. Y/n is a huge fan of the cartoon series "Lego Monkie Kid" she watched every episode and basically memorized them by heart. One day when she was rewatching the first episode of the series and wished that she could be in the show and soon fell asleep on her bed after that. Then she woke up to realize that she got isekai'd into the world where Chinese myths and legends were real, Will she make it back to her world with the help with her friends as well as capture some of their hearts? Or will she choose to stay with them and live the rest of her life in this fantasy world? starting another reader insert! I will still update the Glitch Techs x reader book but I just really wanted to write this while I had inspiration. Lego Monkie Kid does not belong to me I actually have no idea who it belongs to and you own yourself :) also all the books I will write in the future will be fem!reader insert stories sorry boys.

You know, you really thought it would be harder to enter another dimension. Dont get it wrong, (y/n) was more than delighted that it had worked. Shifting was what they had done, and shift they did.
